SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By purchasing a subscription from Talloro.com, you agree to be bound by this Subscription Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with the purchase.

2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

Talloro.com offers subscription-based products, which are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select at checkout.

3. BILLING AND PAYMENTS

By subscribing, you authorize Talloro.com to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the agreed-upon billing interval.

Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure payment system. If a payment fails, we may attempt to process it again. If the issue persists, your subscription may be paused or canceled.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your subscription, after 3 shipments, by accessing your account on Talloro.com or by contacting customer support at naturallytalloro@gmail.com.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of a subscription.

Refunds are issued only in cases where Talloro.com fails to provide the promised service, at our sole discretion.

5. CHANGES TO SUBSCRIPTIONS

Talloro.com reserves the right to change the pricing, features, or availability of subscription plans. Any changes will be communicated in advance via email or website updates.

6. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You must provide accurate and up-to-date account information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to ensure uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the subscription services will always be available or error-free.

8. TERMINATION

Talloro.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscription for violations of this Agreement or for any reason at our discretion.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Talloro.com is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our subscription services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the subscription in the past three months.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your State/Country].
