Ingredients: Tallow, olive/sunflower oil, water, magnesium chloride, beeswax, glycerin, tapioca starch, cetyl alcohol, essential oils: geranium, clary sage, lavender, evening primrose, wild yam, sandalwood, chamomile, thyme, bergamot, jasmine, rose, frankincense, petitgrain, ylang ylang, and melissa.

Directions: Apply to lower abdomen, neck shoulders, inside of wrists, knees, ankles, and bottoms of feet.
